- Install a deadbolt including drilling holes $30 plus deadbolt
- You can supply your own deadbolt, but please be sure all parts are available and the lock is in working order. Deadbolts run typically between $20 and $45 which includes rekeying it to match your new or existing key. Call for specific pricing.
- No extra charge to enlarge a hole if replacing a lock
- Extra keys $2 each
- I supply three keys per house when re-keying. Anymore than three keys is extra
- Extra charges may apply for evenings and weekends
Note: Pricing is based on the availability of a key for the existing locks. There may be an extra charge (time and material) for any lock that does not have an existing key. |
