- Service call $60
- Charge to gain entrance, if locked out, is $20
- *Re-Key each Interchangeable core lock $30
- *Re-Key all other standard keyway locks $15 each
- $90 per hour rate for all time spent on anything other than the initial work requested. This includes, but is not limited to, standby time and discussing other issues not in the original quote.
- There will be an additional $5 charge for rekeying any lock that does not have a key.
- Extra keys $2 each
- One key is provided for each visit for rekeying
- Master Keying - Call for pricing. Cost will depend on the complexity of desired master keying system
- Minimum charge per visit is $80
Note:
1 - Pricing is based on the use of standard keyways and the availability of a key for the existing locks.
2 - These prices are for the standard Schlage Keyways including residential keyways used in the commercial application. For all other keyways, please call for quote.
3 - Additional charges for special keys such as Primus, Everest and other special keyways may apply.
